Early Check-In Policy.Early check-in is always subject to availability. While we do offer early check-in on a complimentary basis whenever possible, it is entirely at the discretion of the hotel. The decision depends on room availability, especially during peak periods or high-demand dates. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Ticket Verification Notice. Please make sure to carefully check and verify your train or air tickets as soon as you receive them via email or WhatsApp. Kindly inform us immediately in case of any discrepancies.

Important: Ticket Details Verification. Please review your travel ticket carefully upon receipt. If there is any error in the name or date due to our oversight, kindly inform us within 1 hour of receiving the ticket. Please note: No changes will be accepted after 1 hour for air or train tickets..

Late Checkout Policy. Late checkout after 12:00 PM is chargeable and subject to the hotel’s policy. Any charges incurred are to be paid directly to the hotel. However, you may store your luggage in the hotel's cloakroom/store room until the evening at no extra cost. Please note: If the hotel allows a room extension after 12:00 PM, it will be limited to a certain number of guests. One room cannot be used for the entire group during this extended period.

Cab Driver Information. We will share the cab driver's details one day before your travel. Please make sure to contact the driver prior to your journey to coordinate pickup and avoid any delays.

Helicopter Ticket Policy – Weather Conditions. In case of cancellations due to bad weather, only the actual helicopter ticket amount will be refunded. No other costs will be reimbursed under any circumstances.

Package Pricing Policy. We are a tour package company and offer complete travel packages as a whole. Please note that we do not provide individual cost breakdowns of package components (such as hotel, transport, tickets, etc.), as pricing is based on the total package. We kindly request you not to ask for itemized pricing, as it is against our policy.
